Insurance
All swimmers are required to purchase insurance through USS. We are a USS registered team; this is a secondary insurance to your own. All team members must belong. It covers your child while at practice and meets. We will sign the children up in September it will cost 50.00 and will insure them through Dec 2010.
Meet Fees
Meet fees and equipment costs are your responsibility. The team pays the fees and charges your individual fee back to you along with a 5.00 coaches fee per day, which covers some expense for the coach.
Competition
The children will compete when they are ready, if that is their desire. Mr. Uhl or myself will let you know. We compete in MS, TN, AR, and AL predominately.
Our Yearly Swim Meet
We try to host one swim meet each year at Turner center. This serves as a home meet as well as a fundraiser.
Obtaining Corporate Sponsorship
As we are a membership-dues run program, we also require that our members obtain at least one corporate sponsor from the community. We have a Gold, silver and bronze level. Please see our section on sponsorship.
If you do not get a corporate sponsor you will be responsible for the sponsorship yourself. This is the only way we can continue to maintain our fees structure.
